Yes. Every job includes goods-in-transit insurance up to £50,000 and £5 million public liability cover. Your belongings are protected from the moment we pick them up to the moment we set them down.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 3–7 days ahead for house moves, especially for weekends and month-end dates. That said, we keep vans available for same-day and next-day bookings — call us and we'll do our best to help.

Do you offer same-day service?

Yes — same-day man & van service is available across London if you book before 2 PM, subject to availability. It's perfect for urgent single item deliveries and last-minute small moves.

What areas do you cover?

Do you provide packing materials?

Yes. We supply double-walled boxes, bubble wrap, tape, wardrobe boxes and mattress covers — either as part of our packing service or delivered ahead of your move if you prefer to pack yourself.

Will the driver help with loading and unloading?

Always. Our drivers aren't just drivers — they're trained movers. Loading, unloading and careful handling are included in every booking, and you can add a second or third crew member for heavier moves.

What if my plans change — can I reschedule?

How do I pay?

We accept card payments, bank transfer and cash on completion. For house and office moves we take a small deposit to secure your date, with the balance due on the day.

Can you dismantle and reassemble furniture?

Yes — beds, wardrobes, tables and flat-pack furniture are dismantled and reassembled by our team. Just mention it when booking so we can allow the right amount of time.
